affordable photography package
is available for all the Months
of 2010 and is Limited to weekdays,
Monday thru Thursday, from 8am
to 5pm, 10 Photo Sessions per month,
and are on First Come First Serve.
Session
can be for Romantic
Couples, Engagement, Honeymoon, Anniversary, Maternity, Family,
and Group
Portraits.

restrictions and is available for Weekends
as well as Sunset photo session for Romantic
Couples, Engagements, Honeymoon, Anniversary, First
Maternity,Maternity
with Family, Large
Families, and Large
Group Portraits. There are no restrictions
on this photo session and is available
everyday and time of day, depending
on availability. This photo session
is intended in giving you choices.
You can change clothes, change locations,
and allows you to have more time to
explore the location and more photos
for a creative photo session. Recommended
for groups larger than 6 people.

Planning
For Your Session:-
Planning
is the key to a successful on location
Photo Shoot!!! If
you are visiting Hawaii and will
be on island for a few days before
our photo session, It is very important
to stay hydrated by drinking lots
of water and protecting your skin
by using sunscreen.
- Arrival: Never
Arrive Late. Arrive 10
minutes early. Never arrive more
than 20
minutes
earlly
- Clothing: Solid
colored clothing photographs
much better than stripes, plaids,
and
patterns. Please take a
moment to revisit my portfolio and
review the
photos and see what might
work best for you. For overcast days
I recommend
a splash of pastel colors.
It is always a good idea to bring
a change
of clothes to the photo
session in case you get wet or dirty.
- Hair: Have
options for hair in case
it's windy the day of the photo session.
It's
always a good idea to
bring a brush, comb, hair spray or
jell.
- Makeup: Have
touch up makeup on
hand in case of shine.
- Jewelry: I
don't recommend wearing
watches or expensive jewelry on location.
- What
to Bring: Drinking
water, a snack,
sunscreen, towel.

Making
Your Photo Selection and Photo
Editing Procedures:-
-
The
Disc you will receive at the end
of the photo session is the proofs
or unedited Jpeg files.
-
Once
you have reviewed the proofs, you
would email me the image numbers
to the images you would like edited.
-
You
also have the option to add images
you would like edited to your photo
package.
-
We
would then edit the images you
would like edited.
-
You
will then receive another disc
with the edited images printable
to 12x18 and 4x6 prints.
- Please
note the the agreement is also your
personal copyright.

Cancellation
or Rescheduling
Policy:-
- A
MINIMUM NOTICE OF 72 HOURS IS REQUIRED
FOR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING
OF YOUR SESSION.
- If
a notice of cancellation is received
within less than 72 hours, then the
full ammount of the session will
be due.
- If a reschedule
date is available a $50. reschedule
fee would apply.

- We
cannot offer re-shoots due to dissatisfaction
with clothing, facial
expressions, hair, wind or other items
beyond our control.
- In
the event that you would like to
scheduale another shoot due to one
of the above.
- We
will offer a re-shoot at a 25% discouint.
- Re-shoots
must
be scheduled & completed with
in 2 weeks from initial session.
